• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the exam process
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Introduce patients to our optometrists and provide essential information
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and provide associates with necessary information
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
