About the Position:

  • Lead the golf operations team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, whether they are playing golf, dining at the restaurant, or simply visiting the pro shop.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, management, marketing).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
