Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

At BioPharma Consulting JAD Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance and reliability support for process equipment, including fermenters, bioreactors, tanks, chromatography columns, and filtration skids.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment, and ensure compliance with internal quality protocols and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing operators and supporting departments to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain clear and accurate maintenance procedures for process equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or Bio-Engineering, or related field, with two years of relevant maintenance work experience in a bio-pharma facility.
  • High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant maintenance work experience in a bio-pharma facility.
  • Maintenance experience in a bio-pharma research, manufacturing facility, or related industry.
