We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Assistant/Activities Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with activities, personal care, and some medical care
  • Plan and facilitate fun, creative, and diverse recreational programs to encourage member participation
  • Serve meals and assist with meal preparation

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred or a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • One-year full-time equivalent experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, transfer, and pivot at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk up to 8 hours a day
