Job Overview

As a Ski or Snowboard Instructor with Vail Resorts, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and fun learning environment, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for teaching and the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages
  • Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
  • Deliver world-class guest service
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support all needs of the snow sports school
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders

Requirements:

  • Experience Level: minimum of 0+ years required
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays
  • Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of time
