Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at CTEMS COMPANY, LLC. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in building mechanical assemblies and providing assembly support in our production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow processes and procedures to perform assembly tasks
  • Use a variety of hand tools, including screwdrivers, tweezers, and Mallets, to assemble mechanical components
  • Cut, strip, crimp, or assemble materials used to produce cable assemblies
  • Distinguish colors and read small print to perform procedural tasks
  • Learn and retain information related to standards and specifications through classroom and on-the-job training
  • Evaluate mechanical or material issues and take corrective action
  • Place finished goods in designated areas and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • 4 years of work experience related to mechanical assembly in the electronics industry
  • Basic knowledge and ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow assembly and finishing processes
  • Proficiency with various hardware and assembly materials and tools
  • Ability to communicate with management and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to interpret documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and IPC-620 workmanship standards
  • Ability to solder RoHS compliant materials
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
