About the JobThis Senior Athletic Performance Specialist position is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing physical training programs to optimize human performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in collegiate or higher-level athletics, aerospace industry, or similar high-performance environments. A Master's degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance with PPO and HSA options, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
Job Responsibilities- Design and implement physical training programs to enhance tactical conditioning and optimize individual performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical support staff to address problem areas outside your scope.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fitness equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve holistic human performance optimization.
- Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
- Master's degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
- Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training.
