We are seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our reconstruction team at Arrow Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drywall finishing and carpentry services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Install and finish drywall panels using tape and joint compound
- Conceal imperfections and irregularities in drywall surfaces
- Repair cracks and damage to drywall panels
- Manage and maintain equipment and materials
- Inform supervisors of progress and report job-related issues
- Assist with installation of windows and doors, setting cabinets and base/casing
- Assist with flooring/sub-flooring and framing
- 2+ years of drywall/carpentry experience (willing to train the right person)
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and methods used in drywall and ceiling finishing
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and pride in results
- Basic math skills and good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Lift 5-20 lbs. frequently, lift heavier objects occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, stoop, reach, kneel, and handle
- Work in confined spaces occasionally
- Exposure to weather and noise levels
- Starting salary $22-$25/hour (DOE)
- On-call pay and bonus (once eligible)
- 90-day review and potential wage adjustment
- Paid vacation, overtime pay, and 6 observed paid holidays
- Quarterly profit share, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) with matching percentage
- High school or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
