Our associates collaborate directly with leading brands and retailers, including major players in the beverage industry, to create impactful shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

The Graphic Production Specialist is integral to our design teams, aiding in the creation of graphic materials, packaging, displays, and advertising initiatives. This role may involve working with external graphic designers to ensure that artwork is formatted correctly and meets print quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Sales Representatives, Structural Designers, and Clients to devise innovative solutions.
  • Engaging with clients to ascertain their packaging and display requirements.
  • Adjusting existing or provided artwork to align with project specifications.
  • Utilizing various mixed-media materials to develop creative solutions.
  • Designing and producing original artwork for Point of Purchase (POP) displays.
  • Preparing files for color mock-ups and production.
  • Maintaining project documentation and file organization in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitoring adherence to creative quality control standards.
  • Communicating customer feedback promptly.
  • Advising Sales and Clients on design requirements for their products.
  • Offering proactive suggestions for creative solutions.
  • Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfortable with final mechanicals.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates engaging in various physical activities regularly, including:

  • Standing, walking, and communicating throughout the workday.
  • Using hands and arms for handling and reaching frequently.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.
  • Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.

Vision requirements for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

The work environment may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and other conditions that require adherence to safety protocols. Employees should be prepared for occasional exposure to high places, fumes, airborne particles, and varying noise levels.
