Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including ticketing, re-booking, and boarding flights, as well as assisting passengers with special needs.
• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area and service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or completion of a GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
