Job Title: Adjunct Instructor - Healthcare Management

Join our esteemed faculty at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as an Adjunct Instructor in Healthcare Management. We are seeking a highly qualified professional to teach courses in our MSHA program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses in healthcare management, including curriculum development and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a syllabus for each course, including learning objectives, assessment methods, and evaluation criteria.
  • Deliver high-quality instruction, using a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote learning.
  • Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in other faculty responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in healthcare management or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching and curriculum development in healthcare management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
