About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled D.enim Design Expert to join our team in developing updated, modern American classics for daily wear. As a key member of our Denim Team, you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional denim products that embody our brand's values.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and develop innovative denim designs that reflect our brand's aesthetic.
- Collaborate with our design team to refine and perfect denim products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Conduct research on fit, fabric, and wash to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with our production team to bring designs to life, prioritizing quality and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in denim design, preferably with a focus on modern American classics.
- Excellent understanding of fabric selection, washing techniques, and fit optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
We offer a competitive salary range of $8,000 - $10,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Your total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses, and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
Buck Mason designs and manufactures its products primarily in the USA, where you can often find our team members working on the factory floor. Our commitment to transparency and fairness extends to our compensation practices, ensuring that everyone is valued and rewarded fairly.
