Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to deliver pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring culturally appropriate treatment.
- Utilize the Meditech computerized documentation system to monitor and communicate patient conditions.
- Support the orientation and mentoring of new nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree.
- Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across various shifts and units.
