Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Line Cook to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a full-service hotel or restaurant, with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, and a Serve-Safe certification is required.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. You must also be able to lift or maneuver at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for 90% of your shift.
