Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Experience

Teamwork and Communication
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful store environment by being a team player and communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve sales goals and support the needs of the team.
  • Be flexible and open to learning and adapting to new situations and challenges.
Visual and Business Operations
  • Maintain Urban Outfitters' visual and operational standards, with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support the shipment process and contribute to omni order fulfillment processes.
  • Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support store profitability.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for the Urban Outfitters brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have experience in customer service and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
