About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Madisonville, KY. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide nursing functions, including administering medications and performing vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nationally approved Nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Kentucky
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
