Responsibilities- Patient Education and Support: Guide new patients through our comprehensive 120-day education plan, ensuring they understand their treatment options and are empowered to take control of their care.
- Treatment Preparation and Execution: Assist with setting up and breaking down dialysis equipment, obtaining and recording patient vital signs and machine readings, and monitoring patients during treatment.
- Inventory Management and Laboratory Work: Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform laboratory work as needed to support patient care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure safe care and high-quality outcomes for every patient, maintaining professional working relationships and observing patient privacy and rights.
