Job Requirements
The Building Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the maintenance activities of our facilities. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks, manage resources, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, including scheduling, prioritizing, and communicating with team members and stakeholders
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining clean and orderly buildings, ensuring quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings

Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A valid California driver's license
- A valid clean driving record
- Automobile Insurance
- Two (2) years of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the maintenance field

Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines, and take direction
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), communication systems, and computer hardware and software
