What We're Looking For:
  • A self-motivated and dependable individual who is customer-focused and adaptable
  • Someone who can work and learn in a physically demanding environment
What You Need:
  • Able to pass a background and drug screen
  • 6 months of commercial tire experience required
  • A valid driver's license and a 3-year clean MVR with no DUIs and no more than 2 moving violations
What You'll Do:
  • Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
  • Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
  • Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replace commercial tires and wheels
  • Service calls as scheduled by the service manager
  • Keep the service vehicle fully stocked and perform preventative maintenance
  • Perform basic facility maintenance, shop cleanup, and organization
  • Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
