Expeditor (Receptionist)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expeditor (Receptionist) to join our team at NOVA Home Loans. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide administrative support to our team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and kitchen
• Assist with special projects and events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
