COMPENSATION:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from
$19.46 to $22.87, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills and qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market data, and other pertinent elements. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions if applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this role at the time of posting.
Upon hiring, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark retains the right to adjust base salary (along with any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

JOB TYPE:
Full Time and Part Time
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
(Weekend and Holiday availability required - rotations)
3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complies with established protocols to maintain a safe working environment, aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
2. Conducts cleaning and sanitization of patient/resident rooms, which may involve vacuuming, dusting, bed making and stripping, and disposal of general and hazardous waste.
3. Cleans restrooms adhering to proper infection control procedures.
4. Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
5. Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
6. Follows protocols for trash storage and disposal, transporting waste to designated areas.
7. Reports maintenance issues through work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
8. Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor towards customers, clients, patients, and colleagues, adapting to customer needs.
9. Secures the facility, ensuring the building is locked/unlocked as required.
10. Ensures the security of company assets.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous custodial experience preferred.
Able to adhere to basic safety protocols and precautions.
This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. This position may also require uniforms and/or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
