Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Route Driver to join our team at Bright Flag Recruiting. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of packages to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a manual transmission vehicle to deliver packages to residences and businesses in the Henderson, NV area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
  • Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
  • Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

Benefits and Compensation
  • $17 - $18/hr. pay rate, plus potential overtime.
  • 5-day work week, with every other Saturday required.
  • Weekly pay, opportunities for additional workdays, paid training, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and annual performance reviews.
