We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages, including adults, children, and adolescents.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to mental health, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
- Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
