Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors and the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the suitability of donors for plasma donation
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
- Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and the quality of product
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
- Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Superior customer service standards
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
