The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving and is comfortable with using technology, such as iPads and personal cell phones, to communicate with vendors, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Kiva Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with Manager regarding daily deliveries
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
  • Confirming and packing all orders
  • Completing necessary deliveries to dispensaries while maintaining scheduled appointments
  • Confirming order accuracy with customers and verifying order consistency with invoice
  • Collecting payments and accurately counting cash
  • Processing the completion of orders on iPad while in the field
  • Handling materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)
  • Creating efficient driving routes
  • Responsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
  • Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by Manager

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid California Driver's License, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong organization and time management skills. If you are a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
