Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Therapist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field"
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois or eligibility for licensure"
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in home health or a related setting"
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations"
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job"
