Job Overview

At UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of PET/CT scans, including general FDG Oncology, NET, PSMA, Neurology, and Cardiac imaging.

Responsibilities

* Conduct PET/CT scans with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
* Experience with various PET/CT scan types, including general FDG Oncology, NET, PSMA, Neurology, and Cardiac imaging
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
