Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly and highly motivated Cashier. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical and computer skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a bustling dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage cash register operations and ensure accurate cash control.
2. Print customer receipts, resolve billing inquiries, process refunds, and address questions regarding service costs.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service while professionally handling phone inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
4. Proactively manage and reconcile any unpaid or declined service payments, documenting all transactions in our dealership system.
5. Clearly communicate costs and fees to customers to ensure transparency regarding amounts owed.
6. Assist with general clerical duties at the front desk, including maintaining office supply inventory and ensuring a tidy cashier area.
7. Greet customers warmly, maintain a professional demeanor, and escalate any customer complaints to the service advisor as necessary.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions and services rendered.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a powersports dealership is preferred.
- Retail sales experience is required.
- Previous experience handling cash and payments in a cashier role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems and other sales-related software is essential.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong mathematical skills for invoice calculations.
- Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach and respond positively in challenging situations.
- Exceptional communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency, are necessary.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer interaction is crucial.
