About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our team at Spineology Inc. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and commercialization of our ultra-minimally invasive spine surgery solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and develop innovative product solutions.
  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing and education programs to support the growth and expansion of our managed products and services.
  • Assist in the identification of competitive landscape and provide insights to support sales positioning and future product development initiatives.
  • Provide product information and procedural support to OR staff, physicians, and sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on products/projects managed by peers.
Requirements
  • Four year college degree, nursing degree, or PA degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical product support capacity, training/teaching/instructional role, clinical practice, or medical industry in event planning capacity with project management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively teach/instruct, and excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
