Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade Center. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest sanitation levels for all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. You will also be required to work events as scheduled and maintain excellent attendance.
Responsibilities- Ensure all items are sanitized and ready for use.
- Implement food and product safety protocols and policies.
- Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas.
- Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
- Previous experience in a casual or fine dining atmosphere is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit (if required).
