  • Facility Tours: Conduct engaging tours for prospective members, asking insightful questions to identify their needs and showcasing the unique benefits of our coaching gym.
  • Facility Maintenance: Uphold a high standard of cleanliness throughout the gym, including dusting, stocking supplies, and disinfecting equipment.
  • Social Media Engagement: Create and share content on our gym's public platforms to foster member interaction and promote sales.
  • Member Follow-ups: Reach out to current members to acknowledge their participation, invite them back, and address any account-related inquiries.
  • Membership Management: Assist members with account-related questions, including billing, renewals, and membership freezes.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with members, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
  • Retail Sales: Familiarize yourself with our products and supplements to effectively communicate with members and facilitate sales.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with management to plan and execute community engagement events.

This position is part-time, with scheduled hours during the week and on weekends. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a genuine passion for health and wellness.
