As a Boxing Trainer, you will be responsible for leading and instructing our high-energy boxing classes, creating engaging and challenging workout routines, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Responsibilities- Lead and instruct high-energy boxing classes, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all participants.
- Create and implement new and innovative workout routines, incorporating the latest boxing techniques and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to develop and implement new programs and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest boxing techniques and industry trends.
- 6+ months of experience as a boxing trainer or instructor.
- Completed courses or certifications in personal training and/or group fitness.
- Boxing experience and knowledge of various boxing techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
