Job Title: Unarmed Uniformed Security Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Agent to join our team at Triumph Protection Group. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property to identify any security vulnerabilities.
  • Respond to emergencies and contact law enforcement or fire department as necessary.
  • Perform security checks on doors, windows, and gates to ensure property is secure.
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
  • Detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
  • Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Security guard training certification required (for specific state).
  • Previous experience a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to patrol property and access areas quickly.
  • Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
