Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of experience in acute dialysis preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
