Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical initiatives for the implementation of Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with IT management for resource distribution.
  • Responsible for the technical architecture of Dynamics and related systems.
  • Monitor and manage costs associated with Dynamics environments, Azure, Power BI, and more.
  • Work with software vendors and systems integrators to create and implement the technical infrastructure.
  • Act as the primary architect for solution design in the technical domain.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support for the business post-project, maintaining systems and processes while participating in upgrades and enhancements.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

Required Experience

  • Proficiency in Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Accountable for the design of integrations with D365 and related systems.
  • Knowledge of systems analysis, programming, and systems development methodologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as this role involves direct interaction with end users and business leaders.
  • A collaborative team player.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems.

Experience with DycoTrade CTRM.
