Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication and language development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • PA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
