Qualifications:
To be considered for the Physical Therapist role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid State Physical Therapy License
It is essential for all Physical Therapists to hold a state license. If you do not currently have a license for a specific state, our licensing team at PDS will assist you through the process.
Daily Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, your primary focus will be on improving the lives of children. You will play a crucial role in setting them up for success both academically and socially. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality therapy services tailored to students' IEPs/504 plans
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement in gross motor skills, mobility, and positioning
- Writing detailed reports based on your evaluations
