Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Assist residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and quality of life.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
