Bartender Opportunity at Long Cove Club

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance the member experience at our esteemed country club. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing attentive service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to members and guests.
  • Utilize our Point of Sale system to ensure accuracy in orders and transactions.
  • Engage with members, offering personalized drink recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with beverage inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support other Front of House roles, including private events and banquet setup.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Flexibility to support private events and willingness to assist with other roles in the Front of House.
  • Evening and weekend availability.
  • Ability to provide exceptional service with minimal supervision.
