As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all operational support teams for Xplor, ensuring projects and initiatives are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Create project deliverables, such as scope definition, status reports, RAID logs, etc.
  • Conduct data collection, cleansing, and preparation to support analysis efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, budgeting, and analysis
  • Ability to identify complex problems and develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Excellent time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and open to change
  • Experience working within a SAFe framework
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development SAFe, PMP/PRINCE II certification
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
