We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at PB Bell Asset Management, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with two apartment communities located in Phoenix and make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing the benefits of our communities.
- Assist the Community Manager in marketing our apartment communities and effectively engage with visitors and residents.
- Closing rental agreements and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in apartment leasing preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor necessary.
- Effective sales and closing skills essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Exceptional customer service skills a must.
- Availability to work weekends and some weekdays.
- Ability to split time between two properties.
- Competitive salary range $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
