- Asset Management Optimization: Continuously optimize our asset management system, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Electrical Engineering Background: Completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship, ideally with an additional qualification.
- Technical Operations Experience: Gained initial experience in technical operations management/remote monitoring of wind turbines at a manufacturer, energy supplier, or operations manager.
- Medium-Voltage Switching Authorization: Ideally possess a medium-voltage switching authorization up to 36kV.
- Language Skills: Proficient in German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of complex, interdisciplinary, and technical issues and relationships.
- Soft Skills: Flexible, decisive, and possess analytical skills, as well as a high level of customer orientation.
