Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Readiness Monitoring: Utilize operational management software to monitor the operational readiness of our systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
  • Production and Maintenance: Ensure the production and maintenance of operational readiness, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact system performance.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the operation of wind turbines, transfer stations, and various subsystems, analyzing data to optimize system performance.
  • Malfunction Analysis: Analyze and prepare malfunctions, maintaining error statistics to inform system improvements.
  • Documentation and Logbook Management: Accurately document the life cycle of our systems, maintaining a comprehensive logbook.
  • Asset Management Optimization: Continuously optimize our asset management system, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Electrical Engineering Background: Completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship, ideally with an additional qualification.
  • Technical Operations Experience: Gained initial experience in technical operations management/remote monitoring of wind turbines at a manufacturer, energy supplier, or operations manager.
  • Medium-Voltage Switching Authorization: Ideally possess a medium-voltage switching authorization up to 36kV.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of complex, interdisciplinary, and technical issues and relationships.
  • Soft Skills: Flexible, decisive, and possess analytical skills, as well as a high level of customer orientation.
