Mixology Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Fat Patty's. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their drink orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase revenue
- Process payments using a cash register or POS system

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a bartender in the food service industry is required
- Knowledge of mixing techniques and different types of beverages is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
