We offer a competitive salary range of $70.00 per hour, plus all applicable differentials and premiums, reflecting the value we place on our employees' expertise and contributions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions.

In this role, you will perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, establish and revise plans of care as needed, and provide education to patients and their families. You will also oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, including assessment, intervention, and documentation. A minimum of one year of experience is required, with a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
  • Establish and revise plans of care as needed.
  • Provide education to patients and their families.
  • Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate.
  • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
  • One year of experience in physical therapy.

Work Environment:

  • Constant standing.
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
  • Frequent use of hearing to distinguish body sounds and/or hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent use of vision for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
  • Frequent walking, reaching, gripping, and keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, sitting, squatting, twisting, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting/moving patients.
  • Occasional use of vision to judge distances and spatial relationships and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Occasional driving.
  • Rare crawling.
