Job Summary
Allied 24/7 is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team on a local contract basis in New York. This 9-week assignment requires a Computed Tomography Technologist with a strong background in imaging and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures and patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide optimal patient care
Requirements
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, (CT) certification preferred
- Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
- Vaccinated for Influenza, seasonal
