About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Attorney for Bank Foreclosures to represent banks and mortgage loan servicers in all stages of the foreclosure process.

Responsibilities
  • Representation in Foreclosure Cases: Prosecute cases in a timely manner to ensure compliance with client timeline requirements.
  • Case Management: Manage and maintain foreclosure files in accordance with industry compliance requirements.
  • Document Review and Execution: Review and execute legal documents and pleadings, including motions, notices, and affidavits.
  • Discovery Requests: Prepare responses to discovery requests.
  • Court Hearings and Mediations: Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and non-jury trials.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-2 years of foreclosure experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, time management skills, knowledge of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
Benefits and Schedule
  • Salary: From $70,000.00 per year.
  • Benefits: Dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance.
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
