In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to integrate data sets across multiple platforms, develop analytical models, and support data visualization. You'll also collect and analyze staffing and workload data to create workload staffing models that calculate and visualize staffing gaps.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis and research to address complex challenges using appropriate analytical principles, methodologies, and techniques
  • Advise on the use of mathematical, statistical, economic, and engineering methods to conduct operational and technical analyses
  • Gather and analyze quantitative, qualitative, and other data to develop insights and recommendations
  • Formulate and apply mathematical models and optimization methods to interpret and apply information
  • Use decision analysis and decision support software to assist management in decision-making
  • Apply system engineering theory and principles to enhance effectiveness or efficiency outcomes
  • Analyze trade-off studies related to operational requirements or systems development
Requirements:
  • Active CBP clearance or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience with data modeling, database integration, and automation of data processes
  • Familiarity with SQL and other querying languages
  • Experience with Six Sigma and DMAIC based approaches
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 +, aligned with education and experience. If selected, applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
