Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing and modifications on products following established procedures.
  • Utilize fine motor skills to work with small components and delicate wiring.
  • Perform assembly tasks under magnification to ensure precision.
  • Execute hand soldering of small parts and fine gauge wire with accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level using schematics and technical knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and support to fellow technicians.
  • Communicate product status updates to management effectively.
  • Ensure timely progression of products through testing phases to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; Technical Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.

Experience and Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
