Position Overview

As a vital member of Wallick Communities, the Residential Cleaner plays a crucial role in enhancing the living environment for our senior residents. Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning tasks for designated areas, including resident rooms and communal spaces, ensuring a pristine and inviting environment.
• Set up appropriate safety signage to maintain a secure working atmosphere.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and that work areas are consistently tidy.
• Communicate supply needs to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support community operations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, is adaptable, compassionate, and reliable. While prior experience in assisted living or memory care settings is advantageous, we welcome all applicants. Key qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, residents, and their families.
• Ability to make routine decisions with minimal judgment affecting departmental operations.
