CPRC Aide

Job Summary:

Ozarks Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CPRC Aide to join our team. As a CPRC Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage clients to maximize their individual skills and abilities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
• Support clients in developing and maintaining healthy behaviors, including modeling and discussing social norms, training, and planned confrontation.
• Ensure safe transportation of clients, adhering to emergency procedures and exercising safety precautions.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, including daily notes and billing information.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and equipment, and exercise safety precautions at all times.
• Practice safe food handling procedures and maintain proper certification.
• Notify supervisors of any existing or potential problems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
